How do I create a Boise Cleaning Maid Easy account?

When you book service you will receive a confirmation email, where you connect to your custom account to manage. Your account is free with our services! Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. Alternatively you can create and log into your account at this link

Do you service my area?

Boise Cleaning Maid Easy is a professional cleaning service in Boise, Eagle, and Meridian, Idaho that specializes in residential cleaning and commercial cleaning. We are family owned and operated and currently service all of the Treasure Valley.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible.

How do I book my first appointment?

Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively you can email us at if there are any issues at all.

Manage Your Account

Can I request special tasks or additional services?

Absolutely! We love tailoring our cleaning to best fit your needs! Any not included in a general cleaning such as cleaning inside the fridge, oven, cabinets, baseboards, or windows can be selected as “Extras” on the booking form. Simply email us at or log into your account and add any extras you would like to be applied to your service!

Note: We don’t charge additional fees like other cleaning companies, we keep it simple and just bill at our flat hourly rate of $35/hr per maid.

How do I log into my account?

After you have created your first booking and account, you can log onto and enter your username and password. Please contact us if you did not receive a confirmation email or need additional help!

How do I change my password?

You can submit a password change request on the customer login page at

How do I reset my password?

If you have any issues logging into your account you can securely reset your password using the email you signed up with.

How do I change my address?

You can change your address by logging into your account and updating your address in your upcoming booking. Alternatively you can send us a comment online, or send us an email and we can update your address for you.

How do I update my credit card?

Log into your account at and update your card on file, or contact us!  Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Pricing & Policies

What is your payment policy?

Payment is due at the time of service. If for some reason you are not able to make a payment at the time of service, please let us know in advance so you can set up a payment arrangement. Any invoices not paid within 45 days will automatically be charged a $25 late fee every 10 days left unpaid. Please contact if you have any questions.

What is your satisfaction guarantee policy?

We offer a 100% happiness satisfaction guarantee. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your cleaning for whatever reason, contact us and we will make it right.

What is your refund policy?

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send someone out to make it right. We do not offer refunds, but we will make sure you are happy with your cleaning, and will do what we have to to make it right! That is our promise to you.

How much do you charge?

When it comes to pricing, we keep things very simple. We charge a flat $35/hr per maid and typically just work in teams of two. We clean literally anything and everything at that labor rate, no hidden fees or contracts. We don’t waste a single minute of your time and money while we’re on the clock.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professionals?

Absolutely! All of our cleaning professionals are rigorously vetted and undergo a series of interviews, including a detailed background check as the last step in our pre-screening process.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong we are here to make it right. We will always contact you directly in the event something goes wrong. Our goal is 100% happiness, and we will quickly address any issues. We are insured and bonded for everyone’s protection, so we provide peace of mind when you choose us.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We have three levels of security in place. To start, our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL that uses data encryption so all personal data is safe.  Secondly, our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security.  Finally, credit card transactions are processed by a third-party vendor Stripe which is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).  Rest assured we take security very, very seriously.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes, you can rest easy knowing that we run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

Are you insured?

Yes! We are a fully licensed, bonded, and insured cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also do not hire independent contractors like most companies, your home and your maids are fully protected!


What is included in a general cleaning?

A typical cleaning with us takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home. During a typical clean, we deep clean the bathrooms top to bottom, the kitchen and appliances per instructions, dust everything behind including underneath, dust baseboards, polish wood if needed, clean any glass, clean light switches and door knobs, clean all flooring, and empty all trash. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected as “Extras” under Step 4 on the booking form. We do not charge additional fees for extra services like other cleaning companies, we keep it simple and just bill at our flat hourly rate of $35/hr per maid.

What is included in a move in / move out cleaning?

During a move in / move out cleaning, we take everything into account that is included during a regular clean. In addition, we deep clean the kitchen by pulling out all appliances and cleaning them top to bottom, including underneath. We also pull out the washer and dryer and clean underneath and behind. If you are needing baseboards, windows, fridge, oven, or cupboards cleaned those can be selected as “Extras” on the booking form. We don’t charge additional fees for extra services like other cleaning companies, we keep it simple and just bill at our flat hourly rate of $35/hr per maid.

What is included in a deep cleaning?

During a deep cleaning, we take into account everything that is included in a general clean. In addition we detail clean the kitchen and bathrooms, or any other rooms you would like us to focus on. We also spot clean walls and and clean blinds at no additional cost. If you are needing your fridge, oven, cupboards, or windows cleaned those can be selected as “Extras” on the booking form. We don’t charge additional fees for extra services like other cleaning companies, we keep it simple and just bill at our flat hourly rate of $35/hr per maid.
